I have a passport. I was thinking of staying for a little while and didn't know how long you can stay in a country with just a passport. Also does it matter if you stay in a country and when the time limit is up go to another and come back in a few days? Or is that just wrong?

A lot of people do that...leave for a few days to get a visa renewed, then go back in. I don't know what the visa requirements are for France or Italy. You can ask any travel agent to help you with getting that information.

But, one thing you will need: alot of money. Those are wonderful but expensive cities.

Do it! You'll love it.

Visa issue depends on where you come from. Otherwise if you come from Us you can stay 3 month and indeed you can cross the border and come back for three month and so on
