I don't know what's cheap in/out of Copenhagen specifically, but RyanAir and EasyJet are the "Southwest" of Europe. RyanAir is based out of Ireland and EasyJet out of London. I got a fare from London to Dublin on EasyJet once for $15 round trip.
According to a simple Goooogle search of "budget airlines europe copenhagen", Sterling European operates as a hub out of Copenhagen.
